Want a New Camera Bag for SLR Camera and Tons of Gear |

Every serious photographer knows how important it is to keep all their gear in camera bags, but with the rise of the point and shoot digital cameras, camera bags have kind of gone by the wayside because these cameras are small and don't have all the camera accessories that the older film cameras had, especially the SLR cameras. I've got my fingers crossed that I'm going to get a digital SLR camera for Christmas because I've put it at the top of my list. We've had a pretty decent year financially, so I think we can afford it and I need a camera bag for it.
Having a digital SLR camera has been my dream for a year or two because I have a complete set of lenses that would work with the SLR camera body and being able to get the flexibility of all the lenses I have would allow me to shoot tons of photos without any film. My longest lens is a 250mm and I would love to get that far range back. It's winter here in the desert which is the best time to get out and photography the desert because of the cloud cover and the winter rains.
I found this Norazza ACPRO1400 Ape Case at Electronic Photo Gadgets located at http://www.electronicphotogadgets.com that would be perfect for my existing lenses, the SLR camera body, and the hot shoe flash I have. My existing camera bag is simply too small for all my gear and I don't want to crowd the new digital (hopefully) SLR camera body in the old bag. Today when I was browsing for SLR cameras and the accessories I might need, I found camera bags that have plenty of room for all the gear I already have. In fact, SLR camera or not, I think I'll order this just to store my film camera gear safely. One never knows if they will become more valuable as time goes by.
My husband wouldn't be suspicious, either, if I ordered the camera bag, even though I've been really clear about what I want for Christmas. If he does come through, then I'll have a nice, protective bag to put it in right away. If I do get one, I'll be planning on going hiking with my new camera and old gear to try it out. The whole family has the week between Christmas and New Year's off, and we always spend it outside if the weather is good, so I'll have the camera bag ready to go, the pantry stuffed with snacks for hiking, and we can hit the trail early in the day to get the best shots I can with my new SLR camera or get good ones with the digital point and shoot I'm using.
