camcorder battery, slr camera     OOOPS no Camcorder Battery

I have an excuse for the camcorder battery. Really, I do. Running out the door to catch the taxi cab, after a whirlwind of packing, we headed to the airport for our vacation to the sandy, sunny beaches of Clearwater Beach, Fla. We slept in so we didn't have time to pack like we wanted, but we grabbed what we needed and the two camera bags for the SLR camera, and the digital camcorder.

After the fifteen minute rush to pack, everything went great with the trip. The beach was amazing and we had four great nights of great dining, dancing, and taking in a few shows in Clearwater. The SLR camera got quite a workout. We took several hundred pictures while we were there. I went to grab the digital camcorder to film my wife going para sailing and I couldn't find the camcorder battery. I looked through both camera bags, and even our luggage. Then it came to me. The camcorder battery, and the spare, were sitting in the charger at home. In the packing frenzy, I forgot them. Thankfully, the SLR camera could take video and I still got some great digital film of her parasailing adventure.
