Professional photographers and hobbiests use camera bags to keep all the various camera accessories they own handy and protected. A family member of mine who is into photography as a hobby has amassed a large collection of camera accessories and before she went online and purchased a couple quality camera bags she was always looking for her camera accessories and eventually ended up losing a couple of expensive items. Now that she has the camera bags she is more organized and does not lose accessories plus her expensive camera len's and other camera accessories are well protected from bumps and scratches. I am amazed at all the things she can fit into the bags. The one item camera accessory she had to buy a separate carry bag for was the floating head tripod she uses when she is ask to photograph a wedding or for her personal use taking pictures of wildlife. According to her, the tripod allows her to take "smoother" pictures and from the pictures I have seen she knows what she is talking about. Maybe I will try my hand at snapping a few pictures of wild life I see in the woods but only after she shows me the ropes.
