I ordered a slide copier for my digital camera and am going to copy my dad's entire collection of slides. This is no small undertaking. He must have thousands of them because photography was his hobby. He had an SLR camera that he put to good use at home and in the woods. He loved nature and took some stunning photos, so today I ordered a camera accessory that will let me easily copy every single one of them. Then I'll download them to my computer and burn DVDs of them for my whole family. I think I will mount my camera using another incredibly useful camera accessory, the tripod. Then I can watch TV, slip the slides in and out, and have a good time doing it. I've read reviews about the camera accessory for slide copying and have seen some of the results posted on the internet, and I think it's going to be a really great way for us to preserve some family history for decades.
